Another cute mouse from the Facebook application.

Forget scamming humans into giving up the cheese this Christmas. . . everybody knows that it's Santa who's really got the goods. Santa's a generous guy. He won't care if he has to fill a few extra stockings while he's on his rounds. Unfortunately for the Stocking Mice, they've also forgotten that Santa keeps tabs on everyone, and they've been very naughty this year. Oh well, maybe they can swap their coal to the Scrooge Mouse for a few crumbs of stale cheddar.

Spiritual Food

Below are what I have learned from the Sunday Leadership Training (SLM) on 6 December 2009.

1) We lose what we don't use (Mat 25:28-30)

-What we use, we can improve

2) It's easy to be lazy when we lack the heart (Heb 6:10-12)

-Initially, God gave work to Adam in the Garden of Eden to make his life fulfilling.
-We will plan if we love people (Eg: Parent saving money for their children education)
-Find your heart and you will work hard!

3) Take your break with God, NOT from God (Mark 6:31)

-If tired, can slow down, take holiday with God. (ex: attend other congregation service)

4) Maximize our Christmas season (Luke 1:76-80)

-get everyone involved
-family spirit

Mousehunt

Facebook is famous because of the extensive application that can be played in it. My favorite application is Mousehunt. :) I like the graphics so much. It's cute and unique. Currently there is the Great Winter Hunt.

Hawthorn Berries

Recently I try to look for herbs or supplements that will help to improve my blood circulation. I have poor blood circulation, even the doctor found it difficult to draw blood from me! They need to inject the syringe 2 time just to get sufficient blood for testing.
Along the way, I found out a new herb that I never heard of, Hawthorn Berries. It is widely used in the western countries to promote the health of the circulatory system, treat angina, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmia. This indirectly leads to the strengthening of the heart.
I receive this information online and from a GNC store, so I am not responsible for the accurateness of this article. According to medical expert, this herb is one of the safest herb to take. Meaning that the side effects were not common or dangerous.
A lot (and i mean a lot!) of other herbs that we commonly heard have more side effect that this herb. For example, Ginkgo Biloba which is also another herbs that people normally used to increase the blood circulation and improve memory have more side effects compared to this herb. This does not mean Ginkgo is dangerous, it is also safe to consume, it is just in comparison to Hawthorn. :)
Do take note to consult the doctor if you have heart condition before taking this herbs. Besides that, avoid it if colitis or ulcers are present and if you are using Digoxin or Phenylephrine. it is not recommended for children, pregnant lady or those breastfeeding.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon

This movie is a must for those that like the first Twilight movie. It is a romance and drama genre of movie so it will appeal most to the ladies.
The plot is quite decent so it will be worth watching even though there is not much action scene. The visual is nicely done, though nothing is exceptionally as most movie nowadays got better visual effects.
Though not an action movie, watching this movie in cinema is more enjoyable that watching in DVD because it bring up the atmosphere of curiosity and romance. >,< (Not quite sure what I am talking about also, haha)
The third movie in this series is scheduled to be screened on June 2010. I never read the book version so I cant judge whether the movie is true to the original storyline. But after watching this movie, I am very curios of the third and fourth book in this saga.
The director made a good job of arousing the suspense and anticipation of the audience to see the third movie that is upcoming. After watching it, I cant wait to see what happen in the third movie. Good strategy director!
This movie will not appeal top those who like action movie and comedy. I will say that this movie is very boring and dragging if you cant appreciate romance and the storyline. For me, this movie is nice because I like the plot, not the romance. (I am a guy afterall, :) )
