Focus..

It’s hard to concentrate when we are lacking in passion on the specific things 

that we are doing.

In this fallen world, it is common that situation and circumstances does not permit 

us to pursue our dream or passion. Hence it is important for us to fix our eyes on our Lord.

Colossians 3:23

²³ Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,

Again and again we need to remind our self that we need to try our best 

in everything we do.

When we are faithful with what we have, God may grant us the desire of our heart.

Even if it does not happen, we can be hopeful and looking forward to 

our future, living eternally with our Lord Jesus. I believe that at that time, each 

one of us can work according to the passion that God has designed for each one of us.  

After all, God made each one of us, and he knows what our true calling in life is.

Appreciating every passing moment...

Sometimes I am too worried about my future, sometimes I am too concerned about my past. Both causing me to forget to live for the moment.

This moment I have now will never come back. I need to learn to appreciate every moment, regardless of my circumstances.
I find strength to face my future when I live in my current moment. I gain new experience when I learn from my past mistake.

2 Years Since My Last Post

Time really flies...

It has been 2 years after I wrote my last post.
When I read back my old post, I am surprised with what I have written.

Lately I am having a re-evaluations of my life direction in terms of my career.
I am feeling a bit lost in my career. I don't seem to enjoy it and I feel as if I am not learning anything new.

Not to say that I didn't gain new experience or new insight in my current job, it just seem like i am not passionate about it. There is no sense of achievement in the tasks that I am doing.

Besides there is a sense of joy and peace when I write.. Maybe it helps me to release my inner thoughts..
