Habits..

Habits..

It is hard to develop good habits.
It needs a lot of effort and determination to create positive habits.
Its seem bad habits are naturally created without much effort.
I believe this is because of our sinful nature, where we likes to take shortcuts and enjoy fake/temporary pleasures at the expense of a real and long term pleasures. 

If we fail to plan, we plan to fail.
I have decided to create positive habits in stages. Life is a marathon afterall,
we won't last long if we do a sprint run.
I will start with a slow walk, and create positive habit in the long run.
